Trek Success for Caroline

Caroline Wade, Personal Insurance Advisor at Autoline Insurance Group has recently returned from a Trek to Vietnam in aid of Southern Area Hospice Services. Caroline would thoroughly recommend a charity trek to anyone considering supporting Southern Area Hospice.
 
Caroline Wade said, “I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my time on the Trek to Vietnam.  It was the experience of a lifetime in support of a really worthy local cause. It was a very tough trek with the heat being a big factor. Each day the trek took us through a variety of different terrain from uphill and cliff edges to long rickety bridges. The team of trekkers was absolutely fantastic and I have made many new friends for life. The help and support amongst the group was amazing and I really feel like I have contributed to the support of hospice services in our local area.”
 
Caroline continued, “The local people and children we met in the villages as we passed through were so welcoming and we did find it quite emotional stopping at the local schools where we were able to give gifts to the kids. It has really inspired me to do what I can for charity. I am hoping to do the New York Marathon next year for Southern Area Hospice but I may regret saying that.”

Southern Area Hospice Services is celebrating its 20th Anniversary of providing Hospice care in the Newry area.
