Employee numbers at the Ballymena Insurance Brokers has increased from five to nine with the appointment of four new staff members. Former Axa Direct Ballymena Manager, Malachy McAleese, joins as the new Branch Manager of the Kyle Autoline team along with Donna Ferris who also formerly worked for Axa Direct. John O’Brien, the new Commercial Manager, brings with him 17 years experience in the insurance industry, most recently with Swinton Insurance and Laura Evans, who previously worked for Abbey Bond Lovis, has a wealth of experience in personal and commercial insurance.

The new team members have over 48 years insurance industry experience between them which coupled with the experience of our existing staff in the branch gives us a top team in Ballymena.

John O’Brien for example is an expert in commercial insurance which has been a major growth area for the company recently. Additional Commercial Insurance staff at the branch will be able to provide the personal service that our customers have come to expect.
