Meet the Team

She began her career in Zurich Insurance (previously Eagle Star) and progressed through the ranks to the position of Regional Manager for Northern Ireland.

In 2007 Caroline joined the Autoline Group just as Michael Blaney and the management team were about to embark on a series of acquisitions, which on completion have more than doubled the size of the business.

Caroline says that she feels  very fortunate to be part of such a passionate and innovative team and can’t imagine doing anything else!

Outside of work, Caroline says that she will have a go at most things, from abseiling to flying a helicopter, but has a real passion for her family and Archie and Oscar her dogs.
