At Autoline we strive to develop relationships that are mutually beneficial and make a positive difference in our communities.
Autoline Insurance Group and its employees are committed to actively participating in and organising events for charitable purposes to support local charities.
We enjoy strong relationships with a number of charities and non-profit organisations through sponsorships and corporate donations.
This work genuinely motivates our staff and focuses elements of our Corporate Social Responsibility. Check out details below of our dedicated beneficiaries for this year, and also from previous years.
“The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) is delighted to be Autoline’s charity of the year for 2013.
RoSPA has worked with Autoline to improve road safety in Northern Ireland, by supporting its Roadsafe Reward App, which monitors driving style and awards drivers a score based on how well they are driving. Good drivers can earn discounts on their motor insurance premium. Research shows that this type of technology has great potential for reducing risky driving styles.
Money raised during charity of the year activities will assist RoSPA’s Advanced Drivers and Riders (RoADAR) groups in Northern Ireland to promote safer driving and help drivers and motorcyclists to prepare for RoSPA’s Advanced Driving or Advanced Motorcycling Test. Thank you, Autoline.”
Ita Mcerlean, RoSPA Northern Ireland and Kevin Clinton, RoSPA head of road safety
“Brake is delighted that Autoline Insurance have committed to supporting the charity, and to raising awareness about road safety amongst young people throughout Northern Ireland. Young people between the ages of 16-24 are the most at risk on our roads, I applaud their dedication to educating local young people to keep them safe on the road. Their efforts are a fantastic example of how companies can get involved to improve road safety and Brake looks forward to a long-lasting partnership with Autoline Insurance.”
“Young Enterprise is dedicated to helping young people get crucial employability skills at an early stage in their lives so that they survive and prosper in our ever-more competitive economy.
We rely on volunteers to educate, develop and inspire students from Primary to University level. Our volunteers come from across the business community, providing students with a first-hand understanding of the wide range of opportunities that are available to them in their career paths.
For over four years Autoline have been a fantastic support to Young Enterprise Northern Ireland, with members of staff bringing their first hand business experience into the classroom in a number of schools across the region.
With a wide range of volunteers delivering our programmes and also representing Young Enterprise at board level, we are delighted to continue to develop our relationship with Autoline Ltd.
Their participation will help to kick-start our young people's entrepreneurial creativity, inspiring them to become future business leaders and igniting that spark that can lead to enterprise creation.”
